That's more like it! The Chevrolet home page has a link to "Español" that leads to some well- and thoroughly-translated pages describing the vehicles, their prices, and some of the advertising words and slogans. There is a good Owners' Center (Centro del propietario) all in Spanish. I would have translated some of the words differently, but it's a very good job over all.
Still, many of the links from the Spanish site lead to pages in English. You're cruising along, thinking that you can learn all about Chevrolet and its vehicles when, wham!, the Spanish stops and the English takes over. The outreach to the Spanish reader is only skin deep, for the most part. Subliminal message? Buy elsewhere, Foreigner. The worst case is "Special Offers" (Ofertas Especiales), which you apparently aren't supposed to get unless you read English.
Why would Chevrolet translate only some of the pages? It's not a big project, and I'm sure they weren't short on cash.
